High starchy foods are good to eat such as pasta grains rice and potato skin.
I think this was a great video giving us information about our healths during this pandemic, and a friendly reminder for us that we need to take care of ourselves with everything else thats going on in the world.

Fibre is good for the intestines and to stop constipation. It helps with healthy digestion (no constipation) helps in sport and also helps in weight loss. You can get it in fruits, vegetables and fish, and it can’t be digested, it fills up up and keeps you regular.
