Saeed Khan and friends will be climbing Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in Scotland) on the 8th July 2023 to raise funds for the KORT hospital in Pakistan. They are pledging £90,000 towards this cause and are working their hardest to raise this amount. With a population of over 4 million people spread out over 5 thousand square miles, access to a healthcare facility is a major issue in Azad Kashmir. Those who do live near a healthcare facility are not able to afford expensive lifesaving treatments or find that the facility does not provide specialist services that they need.
