The Mental Health Day Opportunities offer adults 18+ with mental health diagnosis and those experiencing mental health issues an opportunity to socialise and take part in groups and activities. Our main purpose is to support those with mental health needs/diagnosis to live in a way which reduces barriers and helps them to engage in community to improve their quality of life.
